Fred Bennett was the contractor for a sizable addition/renovation to our house. He did a superb job! The workmanship is excellent and Fred went the extra mile to see that all the details were attended to. He saw the the new millwork matched the old inside and outside. That the random width pegged floors were seamless. And, best of all, the project came in on bedhet and was completed when he said it would be! I have referred him to others who have been as pleased as we are with the finished product.

The remodel of our house (an older home located in Crescent Hill) was an extensive remodeling job. When completed, the only part of the house that was not new was the exterior brick. After selecting Fred Bennett to be our contractor he worked closely with us (and our architect) and produced a detailed construction plan. We were so impressed with Fred that we asked him to manage the entire project. Fred has the construction knowledge, skills, and abilities to do a construction job of any size. The day-to-day relationship with Fred was outstanding. The end product was completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
